FAQ

How many pictures will we receive?

The quantity of pictures will depend on what you need to showcase your listing. If you need 5 or 50, let me know.

Can you do videos of a property?

I can do some videos, depending on what your needs are. Let's discuss and see if my video technique will be good for your needs.

What’s the best time to have a pictures taken of the house?

The best time to photograph is on sunny days. The natural light that comes in through the windows helps showcase and highlight each room.

What about the weather?

It's best to photograph the house when it's sunny. Cloudy or rainy days make it difficult to showcase the house but can be adjusted during the touch up post processing step.

How quickly can I get the final pictures back?

I strive to get them back as quickly as possible. It will depend on the number of photos you require and the amount of touchup needed to properly showcase the house.

Do you do drone photography?

I am working on getting my FAA Drone Pilot License in order to operate a drone commercially, legally. I am hoping to have my FAA License in the Summer of 2024.
